Our Cabinet Sales Professionals meet with Home Owners and Home Builders in the Tennessee Valley. Serving Athens, Cullman, Decatur, Madison, Huntsville, Scottsboro and surrounding areas in North Alabama.

Salary Range: (depending on experience) Base + Commission
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cabinet Sales Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales of high-quality, all wood custom cabinetry (Kitchen Cabinetry, Bathroom Vanities, Pantries, Closets, Storage Solutions, and etc by building strong client relationships, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves working with homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders to meet their custom cabinetry needs while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads to build a robust client base for cabinetry sales.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, recommending suitable cabinetry solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed quotes, proposals, and design plans to clients.
- Collaborate with designers and contractors to ensure accurate specifications and project alignment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cabinetry products, trends, materials, and customization options.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Track sales progress, maintain accurate records, and update CRM systems with client interactions.
- Attend trade shows, home improvement expos, and networking events to promote products and generate leads.
- Stay informed about competitors’ products, pricing, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in cabinetry, home improvement, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of cabinetry materials, styles, and installation processes is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and showroom travel.
Work Environment:
- Primarily based in a showroom or office, with frequent client visits to homes, job sites, or design studios.
- May require evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus commission based on sales performance.
